Project 52 – Week 16: ‘Bokeh’

I am a little behind posting my Project 52 images, but this one was a favorite of mine.  It is the view of the Bellagio out of our hotel room in Las Vegas.

‘Bokeh’ is a Japanese word that means blur or out of focus points of light. It’s the soft out of focus background that you typically see in portraits.

In this image, I switched my lens to manual focus and intentionally made ‘bokeh’ out of the hotel across the street.
